I received a call from Patience for collections on my credit card - the call took a turn and she tried to answer all my questions as best she cant - i wasnt irate but i was confused and i commend her for her patience and professionalism - when the call became too tricky for her to handle she professionaly handed me over to her supervisor patrick who was just as patient and professional and took the time to break down everything that i queried - so this all my disasterous experience with African Bank call centre - i must commend these two individuals as they handled my query that was not their department soooo well.
ps: patrick advised he would escalate my query - no one has called me as yet.
