I am a client of Outsurance Business since 2007 - I have never missed a premium in this period - and when I have 3 break inns in my 3 stores in the last month I get penalised. I got a notice of cancellation due to these break inns in one month - I feel this is unfair because the break in and rate at cellular stores is high at this stage - I have the required alarms and armed response but still that is not sufficient as per Outsurance- why don't they assist long standing clients in these times and show goodwill
