I am dissapointed with the service

I am really disappointed in the lack of efficiency of this so called "bank"..My salary deposit date has changed at work so I had to change my loan debit date with Capitec. Firstly I called the call centre to ask them what I would need to change my debit date and they told me I would only need proof from work and my I.D when I got to the branch in Menlyn mall on the 19/07/2013 they made me wait in the same line alongside everyone who applies for loans (how ridiculous) then when I spoke to a consultant I was then told I would need my bank statement!! I then got my bank statement and again had to wait for people to apply for loans just to change my debit order date! Need I say 2h30 mins of my lunch is gone for a debit date! I handed them over all my documents and the consultant at the menlyn branch spent 20 mins trying to change my date she eventually called someone to assist her and they assured me that all is in order. On the 25th guess what happened you debited my account!!! I have never missed not even one payment from your bank and for me to be treated like this is not fair!!! Just to think I almost moved all my banking to Capitec thank I didnt!!!
