Unfair treatment and bad attitude

I have an ABSA Asset & Vehicle account number 79397828 and I received a call on the 29 July 2013 from KHOSI who threatened me with repossession if I do not make a payment within 48 hours and insulted me saying that I am buying and cannot pay my account and that I cannot do anything as she is going to process the repossession order anyway I then phoned Kgomotso who is her supervisor who told me my account is in arrears by 1 MONTH and that I had made a promise to someone to pay on the 18th of June for the arrear amount which I allegedly did not honour. I told her that I had changed my debit order date from end of june toth 15th of every month thus the arrear debit order should have been deducted on the 15 July which it was not done after further enquiry I found that the person who claims to have made an arrangement with me for the arrear also changed my debit bank details to a Standard Bank account 333787331 which is an invalid account which I closed 2 years back which proves that Khosi never made an arrangement with me and she just sent through a debit order to an invalid account. Furthermore can a car be repossessed for an account 1 month in arrears?
