I was in an accident in the beginning of november 2012, with total evidence that the other party was responsible for the accident. BUT!!! I am the one who have to pay the cosequences. I was so dependable of my vechile to get to work and back to my home. For quite a few months I had to struggle with no transport. Eventually after paying out the money for the vechile, that Outsurance didn't want to let it be fixed, i still had to wait a few months to get some more money to buy myself a drive-able vechile, because not half of the value of the vechile was paid out. I was penalized for the accident: lost my 'bonus' on my insurance, renew the licence of the car 2 month before the accident, filled up with petrol during that day, had some new tyres fitted on the vechile about 3 months before the accident. NOW!!! I've lost my access amount also, after I've had a phonecall on the 29 July 2013 from one of the operators of outsurance, to tell me that there is a dispute over the accident; with all the evidence of the accident and after my side of the story: the money can"t be paid back over the dispute and the value of the amount is not worthy to take it to court.
