Hi, please note that money has been taken from my account twice and Standard bank is not assisting.
i have been calling the call centre / department for the one month and they do not answer the phones. when someone eventually answers, my call is being transferred, and i get cut off at the end.
when i went to the branch, they only dialled the number, i was holding on for -45 minutes. they just left me alone, and did not come back to check on me.
this is very poor service from standard bank, if they cannot protect my money, why do i still use them.
i have been a loyal customer, even with the hi cups.
all i want is my money back, they must investigate.
please note that i need the money, as i have to pay my debts.
Please assist as i have been handed over to the credit bureau, as i did not pay.
The amount that has been withdrawn from my account is R2500.00
