Disgrace how Capitec bank treats retrenched people

Its been a month now that I have been retrenched, took up a loan with capitec a year back and was paying fine till got retrenched no income coming in, went to capitec in hillbrow to hand over all required documents for people who are retrenched they pulled out a file full of copies and stated that's for people who are retrenched and they take 6 to 8 months to be processed and resolve this queries, in the meantime each and every week their debit order comes as unpaid their interest on the loan its building up and their legal term calling as well, they intentionally not helping all you get its consulted saying we can't do anything waiting for our Cape Town offices to collected and process them, what kind of a service is this, aint banks have insurance to cover this incidents or they just slowing the process to make more money out of people who have nothing to give, resulting to selling their homes, cars to recovery their money, this does not end here will take up with the consumer protection commissioner, Disgrace how am being treated.
