With a history of bad service, and failure to return calls by KING PRICE, I have to resort to HelloPeter to confirm that I have sent KING PRICE an email this morning requesting the following :
1) That my insurance policy with them be cancelled with effect from 31/8/13 (August being the last month)
2) That the name of the regular driver be changed from myself to my son the last month the vehicle is insured (August 2013)
3) That the debit order for this insurance be canceled from my ABSA bank account with effect 31/8/13
Failure by KING PRICE to comply with this request will result in legal action whereby KING PRICE will be held liable for all legal fees.
One just reaches a point where ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. I've been insured with both Outsurance and Alexander Forbes and in comparison to KING PRICE, I can say it was only a pleasure dealing with these companies.
Cheap isn't always the best. In my opinion one is wasting one's time and money insuring with KING PRICE.
This complaint is confirmation that I phoned Client Care and was told someone would call me back. I am still waiting.
