Retrenched but status not updated

I am so highly disgusted with Capitec Service, I went to Capitec Bank in Cape Town Golden Acre to take in all my documents to show that I was retrenched in order for them to assist with my personal loan. My retrenchment was unexpected so I was totally. To cut a long story short the consultant then took in my papers and uploaded it onto their system and she then said she would send all my documents to Head Office in order for them to process my claim. I get a call today and the other day saying that I am failing to pay my account and they have no paper work to say that I am retrenched. The consultant on the phone then tells me to go back to Capitec with all my doc's so that they can resend it. My problem is, I am retrenched and I have two children who I cannot send to creche as I do not have money who I now have to look after, they expect me to spend money again to go to town and pay someone to look after my children just because they do not do their jobs properly. Why cant the person who phoned me contact the branch in town and obtain all my documents I have already sent in, why must I now be inconvenienced!!
