I have taken a loan with Capitec once, and settled the full amount long before the due date, and some time later I took a second loan with Capitec. During this time I got retrenched and informed them about what had happened. To my surprise I received an sms a short while later, stating that my loan had been settled in full by the retrenchment policy they have!!! This was the best news ever! I am taking all my business to Capitec now, for this is real service! The other institution I bank with? They handed me over for collection!!! From now on no more business with the blue and red banks, only Capitec for me! Simpler, better, faster-Rubbish! Today, tomorrow, together-Rubbish! Capitec have your best interest at heart, and they know how to treat their clients in such a way that they feel that they are special, not just an account number!
