Demanding Payment on a retrenched person

I took a loan with Capitec in April, permanantly employeed, in June i received a letter that am going to be retrenched by the end of July. In July i was then retrenched as said in July. When i took a loan i was told and given a retrenchement insurance which i was paying. But suddenly now that is not helping in my case am receiving calls and treatning smses that demand payment. please help and intervene am stressed for not having a job i dont think this is fair, it simply a breach of contract
