I went through all process with absa forensic team which had a finding after what was recovered to say I compromised my pin. regardless of my savings account having R7800 before, my account was still overdrawn by R5000 plus. which one will ask why Absa doesn't consider the savings, as I never got the savings back or withdrawn when money was recovered. I started receiving calls from a women called Roos Gerda who called me and spoke to me terribly about the way I should pay as she also was defrauded and she paid what wasn't recovered. she instructed me to go to my branch which is Rosebank to arrange for payment, which I did and she also spoke to the consultant who was helping me and still being rude to the consultant in my presence. I completed a stop payment of R200 and requested that the service/ interest be dropped as I never caused this overdraft, she never replied but I paid till today. surprisingly last week, I received a call from absa collection without history and stop payment I arranged. what do I do. I never run a way, I am willing to pay as I started but no correspondence from absa and I also have all correspondence with my complain above.
