I was paid out a lump some in January 2013 and i went into a branch and spoke to a consultant and asked her to put money in a savings account for me. when i went to a branch in june to check to take money out i was then informed that there is no money in my savings account. i also paid off some accounts via eft and todate i get calls from those companies saying i have not paid them off. when i requested a reversal from the bank they told me they cant do that for me. now i want to know what has happened on my account. in may my money was taken from my account and absa only paid me the sum of R1000-00 of which R1500-00 was taken from my account
