Incorrect Info for billing/accounts

Hi, i opened a check acc with ABSA after many years of having a savings acc. The consultant informed me that she will change the ABSA dr orders i need to change the rest of which i did except 2 which runs off my savings till Feb. With this Saturday i received many sms's that the debit orders were unpaid incl, the ABSA cr and loan. I went into the Brixton branch & the lady at queries said it dr order change was not requested. She amended the cr card order & advised to wait till Monday, however i raised concern about the loan dr & she advised i could transfer the money into the loan acc with no dr order running off again till Feb. This was not the case i have been double charged & want my one instalment back because i cannot be blamed when i asked & received the wrong feedback from ABSA staff themselves. Also the consultant when querying my overdraft spoke to me with a customer in front of them & called up my details & had a discussion in what was not confidential about my acc. This was unacceptable & i am unhappy & will not be able to go to an ABSA because i did that the minute i saw things going sour & now i am R1230.10, i want my money back in my acc asap, thanks
