Open an account on line, but try and close it

FNB advertises that one can do everything on-line, particularly opening an account, but oh my try closing your account. After waiting in a que for 25min, I could not close an account (IN PERSON), although I am a signatory. A letter of authorization from the CEO is also not acceptable, they expect the CEO himself to go to the branch and PERSONALLY close it - how ridiculous! Hello, he has a company to run, he does not have time to go and sit in ques. Really - would they expect the CEO of a huge conglomerate to go and wait in a que? FNB - "How can we help you" - get some more practical and realistic ways of running a business and close my account!
