I have moved to the UK and needed to keep my FNB account open, for my last pay check and tax details. I am now trying to close the account so I no longer pay the account amount. I also have an outstanding iPad but i want to pay of the amount for that as well. I cannot get hold of anyone who can help me. There is no where to pay of all your accounts and close them. The helpline is useless as they just pass me on to others and i don't get anywhere. Its not cheap phoning South Africa to just be passed on. Please could someone from FNB let me know how to close the account.
