FNB, How can we anger you?? I opened a business account telephonically, but they fly over my head and the service I've been getting has been so bad that I decided to close the account and its been in "the account closure division" for the whole week now! I go to the branch they say they don't have the authority to close the account since it was opened telephonically. I call the business desk and they give me an endless runaround and say I should go to a branch. Hundreds of airtime wasted yet every single person I spoke to was useless. What on earth do I have to do to close this account and why are all the consultants so useless??? Im tired of being told to wait another 48 hours they'll call me which they never do! No wonder every single friend of mine I know who was at FNB has closed their account, this is the poorest customer service I've ever experienced in my life!
