Poor service

I wanted to close my cheque acc just to close it i had to wait for an half an hour as they said i can not close it at reception furthermore i had to pay R100 to close the account which i had not used in two months not to mention when you ask for value bundles they load pay per transaction on your account. Bank charges is very high even if you don't use your account worse service I have received in a long time. Now I'm with FNB what a wonderful experience.
