I am totally confused, im not sure anymore, after i submit a claim should i call clientele's legal department or should they contact me because i submited a claim via fax (011 320 3133) on the 7 of july and even after emailing them the very same claim, no one has deemed it fit to contact me, even after i gave them a call, what more should i now do just so a soul from clientele can call and advice me accordingly, i send emails which was not even responded to, i dont know what kind of claims am i supposed to submit if this case does'nt have merits.i am not prepared to keep paying for something that dont benefit me in anyway.maybe someone will call after this complaint
