In august i logged my first complaint labeled clientele is a big disapointment
i was contacted and my query went to Sumatha Singh, Clientele continued to give me feedback on a weekly basis always after i probed for answers. Clientele made me phone on numerous times to get my claim for a refund finalised when finally the Doctor settled on a figure it took clientel weeks to finalise a response to me i immediately accepted and provided my bank details and i even mentioned that due to clientele delays and unporffessional service i dont even want to drag the complaint further its been 10 days later i have not been refunded and proper details was not passed on to the Doctor, Yet clientele continues to debit me happily receiving premiums when they are not delivering a service. If clientele is a service provider as per the Consumer protection act they need to deliver the service i pay for if they fail to do this they are in breach of their contract .i have spent more money on trying to contact Clientele then i have received any assistance i am now completely disgusted with Clientele and i urge everyone to be wary when signing up as Clientele advertising and what they do are the opposite.
