I took the hospitalisation cover since November 2012, its June 2013 unfortunately I got hospitalised, so I decided to call clientele to claim as per their advert and the explaination I recieved from their agent that I would be covered as soon as my first payment goes through.
Im now told by the clientele consulted that I can't claim because the hospitalisation policy has a 12 month waiting period and im still in the waiting period, I told her that was never explained to me and she told me to not bother claiming because clientele won't help me, I can only be assisted in November 2013. Im so upset and can't believe how wen we consumers pay its easy for clientele to take our money but when its time to claim there is just always a story...
