I am very dissapointed with Clientele legal I have a claim going for the past 2 years
i finally received a guilty verdict on the Doctor in question who listed me on the Bureau i then contacted clientele gave them the letter from the council and requested compensation from the said Doctor only to be told verbatim by Sena Mthombeni ''you cannot claim for the inconvenience caused by your name being listed on the credit bureau as same cannot be quantified.'' What utter nonsense, Clientele advertises that they are able to assist in these situations and when the time comes they disappear i responded to the consultant on the 12/07/2013 it is now the 21/08/2013 and no feedback yet, but they still happily debiting my account, I am quite shocked and dissapointed and the level of service i have received and i am never recommending clientele to anyone, Clientele does false advertising it says one thing but does another
