On Monday I went into the bank to do some transactions for an estate I am finalising. After doing what I needed to do I found to my horror, that I did not have my wallet with me and could not pay for the parking. I want back to Andrries and explained my plight and asked him if he could get R10.00 out of my Standard account without any cards for access. He thought for a while and then took R10.00 out of his wallet and said I could return it to him when I came in again. Now that is putting the Customer first. Thanks Andries and Standard Bank.
