FNB is the BEEP bank!

As a FNB Platinum card holder, as per an advert that was aired on radio, I'm entiltled to free access to the slow lounge at OR Tambo and Cape Town International. I flew, with my wife on the 24th of December and we decided to wait at the Slow Lounge, only to see a charge on my account for R500 for the visit. When I questioned it with my personal banker, she told me that I did not qualify for this as I have not spend more than R5 000, the month before (not stipulating calendar month). When I checked my account I found that I have spend in access of R7 000 from the 1st to the 24th of December. Again queried and it changed to calendar month. Looking at the past 12 months, my average spend per month was in access of R5 000, but this is not taken into account apparently. This is how I came to the conclution that FNB is the BEEP bank. They offer you BEEPing services, but you need ot BEEPing pay. So at the end of the month they are the BEEPing bank that leaves a BEEPing hole in you pocket, as they BEEPing charged you for BEEPing services. If I knew this, I would have told you to BEEPing keep your BEEPing account!!! You are BEEPing, BEEPing me off, and I think I should find another bank
