During the holidays I made use of the Slow Lounge at Cape Town International airport. I'm new at FNB and somehow missed the new criteria for the use of the slow lounge. We emailed FNB and explained to them our situation. Without any problems, they refunded us completely.
Thank you FNB for not beeping us over the festive season...
