What does it take to report possible?

I've now spent over 30mins in a waiting queue over 2 days, waiting on a beeping consultant to assist me to verify a payment notification sent to me by a supposed Nedbank client. ALL I WANT TO DO IS TO VERIFY WHETHER THIS PAYMENT WAS MADE or if I was the victim of possible!!! Instead I have to hold on for almost 40mins, listening to beeping music and nonsense that my call is important and I'll be attended to shortly. What kind of bank makes someone hold on for almost 40 minutes to report possible???
