I was involved in an accident on the 17/11/2012 and within 24hrs my claim was already submitted to my Insurer. it has been over 2 months not hearing a verdict from them. all the time they will send me an sms stating that my flie has been sent for discussion. and not at any given point they come back to advise feedback or progress, i have adhered to all their requirements. The service i received from my insurer i found very uncalled for especially after they declare themselves as better or good in the industry, i therefore request that my insurer give me the outcome of my case as i cannot take this matter anymore. i paid my premiums with no hassle and i expected a hassle free claim as well. I found this business at Prime Meridian run like micky mouse business. trust you find all in order.
