Not only does Prime Meridian take forever to take decisions on claims (about eight months in my case), it's also a hassle to get paid when one has been approved. Further, their employees are so rude that they even slam phones down on customers. This is on top of them being clueless about what they need to do. All Prime Meridian is good at is posting meaningless template responses to complaints on this site.
