I SAID ME ID NEVER BE HAPPY, YES I SAID ME I WILL NEVER BE HAPPYYYY TILL I ASK WHY? Its been over a month now, i went to apply for debt consoludation, and i got there the consultant checked and told me that i qualified but could not give me details, as i also wanted to switch banks tooo. No i didnt have enough documents to process my APPROVED appication, had to get settlement letters, over one week, came back after that, they wanted confirmation of residence, had a 1hour long drive to get the confirmation of residance, now because i was not running out of time, went to Vereeniging branch to finish off the APPROVED appication only to be TOLD ITS NOT APPROVED. WHY was i put under the impression of i will have the chance to close my debt and have 1 payment, now im struggling as because of YOUR CONSULTANTS dishonesty, and misleading, how many other customers are being disrespected like this, WHY. well im not happy, still not happy. Im sitting with an unhappy bank, wont change to any other bank, i had your bank in mind but how sure, how will i sleep knowing that a bunch of are working for this bank. ITS PPLS LIVES AND MONEY THATS BEEN INVESTED IN CAPITEC?
