Incompetence at Standard Bank

I opened an online current account with Standard Bank, the operator offered to upgrade my Credit card at the same time to which I agreed, on collection of the cards at my branch of choice 13/06/2013, they informed me that my Credit card was sent to a different branch, I informed them that I will go and collect it the following Saturday. Sunday 14/07/2013 my Credit card was swallowed by the ATM. Tuesday 16/07 i queried this, apparently it was because I had not yet collected my Credit card. At the same time I requested they send this to the same branch where I collected my current acc card from in order to collect there.26/07 followed up, the card has still not been sent to the branch as requested more than a week ago. I have this feeling that 27/07 i am going to be driving between branches to pick up my card and be sent from Pillar to post due to the competence of Standard bank employees. Thank you Standard bank for regretting my decision to return to your institution, I always wondered who is "bleep" bank in all your competitors ads, well guess i know now.
