DO NOT CARE ABOUT CLIENTS

I was approved for 114k loan I supplied all information they asked me for, as I was a director of a company before, I supped all resignation documents, its been two weeks on and I am still waiting for response from Capitec, I need these funds! thats why i applied, could they just please show some initiative and at least tell me if aim declined or approved, they advertis as if they are the best bank and ask "why don't you bank with capitec"however they treat people as if they are second hand.
