Hi Piter evrything was gud in Capitec until I realise dat they were companies deducting. Money in my acc..they started late in 2011 but only realise last year early cos they were deducting R99 so dat I won't receive fone notification cos it start @R100 in Capitec what make me realise was a derbit of R299 then when when went 2 capitec on my statment lot of R99 were being deducted they said they won't b able 2 revers debit older than 31days so I was suppose 2 go do reverals everymonth untill capitec told me they no longer do revesals they ned confirmation letter 4rm ppls who do deductions when u cal dis ppls by a name of Big 5 they promice 2 investigate till today cos sometimes when u cal them they don't pick up or hang up on u till u run out of money in ur 4ne so I hv spend a lot of money tryng 2 cal dis ppls whom I don't know. So Capitec are distancing themself on dis issue I deceided 2 stop paying their loan so they can pay attention 2 my problem by moving 2 another bank. So they are threting me with a company by a name of MBD 2 tel me 2 pay their loan, but when tel MBD my prblm with Capitec they say how does my loan get affected by my prblm with capitec but my money was in Cappite
