I HAVE SUBMITTED A CLAIM WITH ALEXANDER FORBES ON THE 19/07/2013.THE CONSULTANT ADVISED ME THAT AN ASSESSOR WITH CONTACT ME TO ARRANGE AN ASSESSMENT FOR MY LAPTOP.THE ASSESSOR CONTACTED ME ON THE 25/07/2013 (4 WORKING DAYS LATER). THEY DECIDED TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT WITH ME FOR THE 30/07/2013 (2 WORKING DAYS LATER)
TO SPEED UP THE CLAIM PROCESS I HAVE SENT THE INSURER AN ASSESSMENT REPORT ON THE 19/07/2013 (THIS SEEMS TO HAVE MADE NO DIFFERENCE)..
HOW DIFFICULT IS IT TO PROCESS A CLAIM FOR A LAPTOP WHICH HAS BEEN SPECIFIED ON THE POLICY FOR MORE THAN A YEAR?
I REGRET REFERRING FRIEIND'S AND FAMILY AND WILL SURELY SHARE MY BAD EXPERIENCES WITH OTHER'S
