I am so shocked by your business conduct.
After I was interested in a free credit report, a consultant contacted me offering a subscription which requires a once off payment of R 280. At first I was interested and gave my details yet after re-thinking it, I called the 0861 482 482 number within 2 working days to cancel that as I was not interested because I do not have accounts which I should be tracing daily or monthly and this I mentioned to the consultant in the call centre. She send me an email with a one-time which said it is to activate "mytransunion" but I did not activate it as I said I do not want anything activated but I WANT MY ACCOUNT NOT TO BE DEBITED. She then said to hold a little bit and then got back to me and said it is DEACTIVATED.
Last night, I received an sms to say that I am debited R 280. How is it so if it was deactivated according to your call centre agent??? I AM REALLY NOT INTERESTED AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK WITHIN THE END OF BUSINESS DAY... I never activated anything on "mytransunion" and have not used your service except for the free report.
