I'd like to thank Naydene Dellieu at FNB Gezina branch in Pretoria for her exceptional service on my personal account. Keep up the good work and I'd love to see more people with your great people skills and abilities to render great service in every branch of FNB. I can honestly say that having to go into the bank now, doesn't seem like such a punishment anymore considering that FNB employs people who actually know what they're doing.
