Trans Union avertise big on their web site FREE CREDIT REPORT, I have been struggling to receive mine or my wifes report, it seems that because we do not wish to subscribe to one their "specials"we are not able to receive our "free"reports, but rather all we are getting is user blocked or contact the call centre, which we have done and after listening to the sales pitch, kindly declined and requested they send us our "free"report. A lady sent my wife a link with a password and username, but when we tried it, it was blocked!? It seems that because we are not interested in subscribing to any of Trans Unions Specials, we are not able to receive our "free reports", but rather just get the old run around and lost in translation story. I am posting this complaint in the hopes that Trans Union will see it and decide to finally make good on their advertisment.
