Yesterday I received a call from your service consultant with regard to the Home Building Insurance cover quote that I accepted.
I was promised that all the policy documents will be forwarded to the bank FNB and emailed to me as well. Up to now nothing has come through to me. The sad part about it is that today I went to sign the bond and transferring document for the house I am buying and was asked to produce the policy to proof that the house will be covered failing which I will be required to sign with Outsurance.
I am now between a hard surface and the rock since your service consultant had not sent me the policy documents.
Please get someone at your office to email me the policy documents ASAP at this email address [email protected] please.
