First For Women Insurance
Poor service

I took out insurance with first for woman two weeks ago. I was promised by the consultant that my policy documents would be emailed on the same day, they the original documents would be posted.

I still have no received any correspondence from first for women. My policy is supposed to start in a week's time but I have nothing to proof that I have anything to do with first for women.

They will be deducting my money in a few days and before anyone deducts my money i need to see documents and make sure that i am happy with the terms and conditions. I have sent them emails but no one bothered to respond. Now i am wondering if i send them an email or call to cancel will it be taken seriously or will they go ahead and deduct my money anyways since they have shown that they dont consider or care about their new clients.

I have requested quotes from other insurance companies and they were able to email me something that I could read on the very same day. I do not understand why first for woman is failing to do that.
