It bugs my mind a great deal. When an insurance company is unable/failing to forward policy documents to their client in a three (3) weeks of request. It also cost me a lot on my phone bill everything i must chase them to forward them.
One would wonder, if they were to be involved in an accident. How long will it take for them to pay your cover if they can hardly email a simply document. Is not like I wanted them (documents) to be hand delivered. All I asked was for them to email me my policy cover documents.
Emailing documents shouldn't be much of a hustle. Surprising enough, i woke up this morning (02-03-2013) to find that they have deducted the monthly premium. Which is more than what it will cost them the email me. I need the documents of my own filing.
I'm starting to think that this insurance company might be a fly-by-night. Now, a cherry on top above all. I tried calling them today (02-03-2013) on 0860 22 22 61. Guess what. No answer. Do insurance companies not working over weekends?
