On the 22nd June I was away from the country and I left my car under my younger brother's care and he got involved in an accident on the 25 June 2013 his way back home from pouring the fuel.
Then when I came back I've communicated with my insurance Virgin Money whom they fall under Telsure then few days after they have towed my car they told me my car has been written off and they will pay off the car after the claim is successful. Then now they have called and they have told me my claim is not successful because one of their reasons my brother was a regular driver while I am. They are forcing me to agree with their investigation. They told me that my car was used to transport my kids to school while I pay the school transport every month. Yesterday 23rd July they told me that my previous insurance says I have only insured with them only 1 day. Then we made a teleconference and a consultant from miway told them that l have insured with them from September 2012 until I rejoin them in June then now they don't want to pay off my car as they have promised. Actual everytime when they call me they have a new story to tell. Please help.
