Policy documents invalid

I contacted the budget call centre on Friday to get a quote on building insurance. I was quickly helped and convinced to take out a policy.

While on the phone, I informed the agent that the policy should comply with the prescriptions of the bank/motgage holder, in this case a very big private bank.

So the arrogant wise agent informs me that this is a full policy document and contains all the information that may be required.

So 'n buy the policy, only to recieve a 2 pager policy. I forwarded the pocily to the bank, who immediately rejected the policy!! So can budget insurance please explain to me what is the point of the policy then??!!

EVERYBODY BE WARNED!!! Get the policy documents BEFORE you insure through budget!!!

Budget Insurance, should you not contact me before the end of business today (I have sent a mail yesterday already, no response) with the correct policy, I will cancel it at 08h00 tomorrow morning.
