I faxed a claim with all the required documentation to AIG on 08 July 2014. Today - 14 days later - I receive an email from Zakwan Muhammad asking me to send her a copy of the id, hospital account etc. Everything that they need to process the claim was sent as part of the original fax.
This is not the first time that I have issues with a claim being paid out. Pathetic service. I would like to request that the payment gets done immediately. Claim Number: 776105
