I had an accident on 28/06/2013 with a car that i registered my wife as the regular driver in find it pathetic that Virgin Money Insurance has rejected my claim on which the investigator (Christo) was "Insisting" that i am the regular driver because the address registered on the policy where the car usually parked during the day is mine.
I explained as per below:
"Vehicle (A) insured with Virgin Money Insurance is financed, registered under me and my wife registered as the regular driver and me as a secondary driver but we are not staying together.
My address is registered as where the car is kept or parked most of the time on the policy and my wife stays with her mother 40% of the at a different address but stays at my house 60% of the time until our house we are building is ready in about a month time.
My wife and i work at the same company so we travel together with the other car (B) which is registered and insured under her and I use her car (B) to picked her up most of the time and car (A) is mostly used on Weekends".
I was advised that my claim was rejected as my wife & i confirmed that she is not the regular driver. "STILL WAITING FOR THE VOICE RECORDINGS CONFIRMING THIS
