False info!!!

I have been trying to open an account for my mom which i did via the fnb website. fnb called my mom n opened the account. when she went to the branch to fetch the card they tell her that the acc requires a R750.00 balance which is not the info provided on the website under smart save accounts. i called the call centre only to speak to 3 people who do not understand a simple query. is it that difficult to open just a savings account? and fyi the new online banking layout . it is too busy and all over the place!
