What is advertised on the FNB website as a free extra with your business account is:
Business Savings Pocket
A free linked Savings Pocket helps you to save. Link your Savings Pocket to your account to keep your savings separate from your transactional account. You will also earn with a nominal interest rate."

We have a business account, I have been trying to get the savings pocket activated and linked to that account. 8 call centre people later (one of whom said this was not a product offered with business accounts) who keep passing me around to different departments, and still no joy.
It cannot be done via our online banking, (as two of the call centre people insisted I must do) as the "New Account" tab redirects me away from online banking to Sales, where the only option is to apply for a brand new Business account, which is not what I want.

This has been beyond frustrating.
