My car broke down last week Thursday and asked Renault north cliff branch to contact SA Warranties to make payment since i have x2 policies with them, but i was told that SA Warranties refused to pay the whole amount i qualify for, they said they'll only pay small portion of my claim and they will only pay 30% of top up insurence claim (which is the extra insurance i took with them). when i signed with them they said they will cover the amount am insured for but they now tell me different story when they have to pay for my repirs. i have been without a car for about a week, and nothing is been done from Renault and SA Warranty, i have to use my phone to phone and ask whats happening and i already spent a lot of money on public transport due to the delay caused from SA Warranties. they even refused to have my car towed when i asked them to take it from the dealership. the amount dealership quoted is R13 500. and my policies qualify me for (R8700. and the other one R5000) but am told SA Warranties said they will only pay (R3500 & R2500 only). when i phone them now they say they have n't received report, and quotation from renault; am being taken from pillar to post from both side
