Sick & tired of standard bank

I regret banking with standard bank bcoz i have had endless issues with them. After queuing 4 over 3hrs waiting to be assisted i finally managed to get help and i opened an acc & this is how my problems began. i made a deposit 2 my new acc but could not view or access the funds so i went back 2 the bank, had 2 que again & was told that i was issued someone else's card. No apology was given 4 that and i was issued a new card. went to pick n pay n tried to use my card 2 pay 4 the goods i had bought and my the transaction was declined. i had 2 go back to the bank 2 report this and i was told that they are off line (which is always the case with the randburg branch) so i had 2 go back home . i went shopping & since i could not use my card to swipe i decided 2 go and withdraw cash so i could pay 4 the goods i wanted to buy. Ges what i was told!! you have exceeded ur monthly limit. Went back 2 them and they increased my limit and when i got home my cell phone banking had stopped working which means that i have 2 go back and try to sort this out. I am sick n tired of standard bank, i have had this account 4 just 3mnths & i have had 2 go the bank more than 4times already. U guys
