I did an upgrade on my smart account on the 9 July 2013 and i was told my card will be delivered to my in 7 working days (ref number:13072521262) (THABANG251113) and to this date i have not received and email or sms or any notification regarding the deliver of my card this is unacceptable if i knew that it would have taken this long then i could have gone to the branch myself to pick up my card and it would have gone faster. Why does FNB offer this service if they cant deliver one simple card??
