Super service during my emergency

After the car accident, I phoned frontline assist to help me with what to do next. The lady on the other side were very helpful in assisting on the way forward. Within 5 minutes I got a call back confirming that the towtruck is on its way and checking if I was ok. Since the first call back, to when I was safely at home, the call centre kept on phoning me back to hear whether I cam right and if everyting is sorted.
