PATHETIC "CUSTOMER SERVICE" LACK OF COMMUNICATION

So apparently as a 3rd party claiming from the above mentioned "Insurers" If you not their client - they dont liaise or communicate with you - WHAT SO EVER! Ms Ruchda Fember "Legal Officer" as explicity stated in her email signators .. Lacks the competance to put the phone on MUTE whilst mocking and making fun out of a very unfortunate situation. Her "Manager" Anna Marie seems to think that this behaviour is quite aptd after a simple "apology" Needless to say this incident happened LAST month, To date nothing has been resolved. Ms Fember has been totally disrespectful, inconsistent, contradictory and just plane RUDE! If it was not for me to FOLLOW up with the assessors, who said - and i quote "WE FORGOT about your vehicle! (Lorraine Swart)" It would still have to be ASSESSED!
I would strongly urge people not to EVER do business with FRONTLINE UNDERWRITING (PTY) LTD - and if you currently a client I would advise you looked for an insurer who acutally has your best interests at heart! Client or 3rd Party.
